OTTERDAY / PRIVACY
Privacy, in plain words
The lists you enter stay on your device.
Lists and results
Items, participant names, pair rules and leaders are processed in your browser. We don’t send them to or store them on our server. Pick history disappears when you reload the tab. We don’t use analytics.
Optional storage and deletion
Saving entries is off by default. Only when you enable it do we store that tool’s list and options in localStorage. Turning it off deletes those saved entries. Display settings aren’t saved. Clearing this site’s browser data removes cached files and stored entries.
Shared links and files
Sharing a list puts its entries after the # in the URL. This fragment isn’t sent to the server in HTTP requests, but link recipients, browser history and extensions may expose it. Saving a PNG, copying and printing happen only when you choose them.
Ads and connection information
Every page sets non-personalized ads before loading Google AdSense. Google may process advertising cookies, IP addresses, device and connection information. Empty manual unit IDs prevent manual ad requests; the loader connection and account-enabled Auto ads can still occur. Non-personalized ads do not replace required consent. Tool code does not include your inputs in ad requests; advertising scripts run on the same page. The hosting provider may process access logs.
Offline use and contact
Tool files are cached in your browser for offline use. Your lists are not added to this cache. Contact: [email protected]. Effective October 20, 2026.
Photo size and file fit
Your photo stays on this device, in this tab’s memory. No uploads, analytics or automatic photo storage. Close the tab or clear the photo to remove it.
Date and business day calculator / Weekly work hours
Dates, birth dates, shifts and rates stay in this tab; they are not sent to a server or saved in browser storage. A D-day link you create contains its target date and title, readable by recipients. Manage exported CSV and print files yourself.
Baking pan and ingredient converter / Running pace and splits
Tool code processes inputs in this tab without saving or sending them; reloading resets them. See Privacy for advertising cookies and connection data. Source links take you to the source website.
Poster tile printing / Character counter
Files and text stay in this tab’s memory. No uploads or automatic saves; reloading clears them. Site and advertising requests are separate and do not include your files or entered text.
