Running pace and splits

Calculate distance, time and pace, then print a wrist pace band for your target finish.

1. Distance · time · pace

Both inputs use the selected km or mile unit. The unknown field is disabled. Changing units keeps the entered numbers. Use elapsed time, up to 99:59:59.

2. Target time · splits · pace band

An even-pace schedule, not a fitness-based race prediction. Cumulative times use unrounded pace, then round to the nearest second. Split times are differences between displayed cumulative times.

Wrist pace band

40mm wide; the selected length includes a 15mm fastening area. Choose your wrist circumference plus allowance. Print on portrait A4 at 100% with headers and footers off. Measure the 50mm check line, cut inside the dotted border and fasten. The screen preview may be scaled.

3. Treadmill speed converter

Converts belt speed only. Does not adjust for incline, wind or outdoor effort.

A few helpful answers

How are pace and speed calculated?

Pace is time divided by distance; speed is distance divided by time. 5km in 25 minutes is 5:00/km and 12km/h. One mile is 1.609344km.

Does the final split match my goal?

Cumulative times use unrounded pace so the final split matches your goal rounded to seconds. Multiplying the displayed rounded pace may differ by a few seconds.

How do I print the band at actual size?

Print on portrait A4 at 100% with headers and footers off. The band is 40mm wide and 180–260mm long, including a 15mm fastening area. Check the printed 50mm line with a ruler.
